70 sex attacks committed by children in 1 year – police

Police have investigated a five-year-old boy for the alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl, it has emerged. The case is among 70 sex attacks allegedly committed by children under the age of 10 in the past year, new figures show.
None of the children were prosecuted because they are all under 10, the age of criminal responsibility.

Figures obtained by the Daily Star Sunday via a Freedom of Information request show 4,584 crimes were allegedly committed by children in England and Wales.

A two-year-old boy was accused of grievous bodily harm, while other alleged crimes included arson, threats to kill, drug possession, taking indecent photographs and possession of a blade or point in school.

Hard to know who the problem kids are going to be, those from homes with parents with "problems" are the most likely, just as it ever was, but now the access to porn & violence is off the scale, not to mention the huge number of kids on drugs which are easier to come by than alcohol.......

Regardless of what is said violent video games will have their toll too, putting 18+ on a game just makes it a "must have" for younger kids.....
