I made a prediction on Avalon that Marine le Pen was going to get hammered because selling national representation to the masses took a dive when Trump let the military loose.

My daughter in Toulouse is thrilled with the result and just told all her facebook friends as much.

The Le Pens have had a couple of runs, but then the French opted for a more "traditional" candidate when it came down to the final choice, however that was prior to Merkel flooding europe with immigrants & the atrocities in Paris & Nice....

If she does win there are going to be a lot of cities on fire in France.........and expect a sht load of riots & protests if she doesn't

yes this is a good thing for some and not for others , personaly i hoped the radical would win , help to take france out of european union and then be replaced by a more civil candidate in the next elections.

you need people with balls for such a radical change , crazy but with balls , and she has them. the new president is young but a conformist to the european union . i dont know if that is good for france or not. I guess it would depend on what picture your looking at , short term or long term ,I generally like to look at long term, maybe its my age talking , but in the long term france has no chance of improving. imho.
