Yes of course it was the Russians , when you run out of places to point just point it at Russia . If their elections were hacked rigged in some way they could have nullified the vote and vote again. But they didn't , they will present some false stuff soon and that will have to be verified so it will be unverifiable stuff again and round and round it goes again.  Putin did it he must have blah blah.. .
