Re: The UK's EU Referendum ! ! !
This is a sample of what people are saying.
******
Has anybody realised that even a majority vote to leave means the house of commons can overrule it, this is more a opinion poll.

Oana I'm in shock... The brexiters are the kind if people that won't be affected by a recession as they are OAPs or on the dole so what do they care. We had just made it out if the last one, now brace for an even longer and deeper recession.
Sophie I know it's crazy
Oana I hope they do overrule it but I suspect they lack the balls
Kirsty I wish I could trust our government to do the sane thing and overrule, but I don't
Jason Afraid not. It's a referendum and binding on Parliament. That's why the votes were collected by council not by constituency

There is going too be a LOT of that !
I think the real vote was way higher than 52 %, it's so close that a couple of months of these types of psy-ops, a change of PM to make the tories a shoe in at the next election & they wiill re-run the referendum & get a 3 % change easy -peasy.

Bloomberg McLizardbreath wrote:The world’s 400 richest people lost $127.4 billion Friday as global equity markets reeled from the news that British voters elected to leave the European Union. The billionaires lost 3.2 percent of their total net worth, bringing the combined sum to $3.9 trillion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. The biggest decline belonged to Europe’s richest person, Amancio Ortega, who lost more than $6 billion, while nine others dropped more than $1 billion, including Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos and Gerald Cavendish Grosvenor, the wealthiest person in the U.K

Re: The UK's EU Referendum ! ! !
I've just spent several hours in my local working men's club. Pissed yes.
It's amazing. The only person throughout the entire night who admitted to me that she voted for REMAIN was a young woman who is booked into UNI in September. I 'forgave' her for that, on the grounds that she could hardly turn up at uni and admit anything else.
It's virtually wall to wall OUT around here, and I'm basking in it. The levels of understanding are all over the shop from raw racism to really quite savvi.
I'd write something more, but now's not the time.

I've noted quit a lot of the younger crowed wanted to stay in.
I saw a poll, the demographic of voters came from the older generation we can still remember before we were part of the EU.
I don't think the youngsters realise we were better off without it.
From what I have seen they feel they have been robed of their future.
They have know idea what the real purpose of the EU.

Re: The UK's EU Referendum ! ! !
It now seems incredible that the remain campaign didn't do a better job, it either shows how crap Cameron really is, or it's what the City wanted, the EU army was maybe a step too far.
Being English & living in France I'm crapping it to be honest, the childish & moody retards that pass for "politicians" could slap a massive sales tax on non EU members selling homes & free (-ish) health care will be taken away asap, god knows what else they may think up
I kneed to get outta here !
